I grew up playing on a typewriter in my parents Real Estate office on Braes Bayou in Braeburn Valley in Houston Texas. My parents were active Real Estate agents and also dabbled in flipping houses. Obtaining my Real estate License at 18 I started out as an apartment locator. My mother and I purchased local franchise “Homefair” in SW Houston and had several successful years before the market crashed in the early 1980’s. In the mid 1980’s there were consistently double full page ads of foreclosures due to 22% unemployment in certain industries and 17-18% interest rates. I sold VA and FHA foreclosures for several years primarily to investors. My husband and I lived in Germany four 4 years in the 90’s he is a Veteran, and we were stationed there. In 2001 we moved to the Texas Hill Country Canyon Lake. I went to work for Texas Real Estate and for the first time learned to sell land. The market was in a slump in 2002-2008 due to our local flood which created our world famous “ Gorge” and the Savings and Loan Crisis. The Real Estate industry can be a bit of a roller coaster ride looking back . The Texas Hill Country is truly the “Heart of Texas “with its wildlife, clear water rivers, blue water lakes, and majestic hills.

Over the years I have worked with builders, investors, first time buyers, light commercial properties, small ranches manufactured homes, and many sellers. My primary geographical area is Comal County but I have branched out to Hayes, Blanco, Travis and Bastrop for certain clients.
